All homes have large terraces, a pool, and landscaped areas, as well as a garage and storage room. There is the option to choose between 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. The homes are designed so that each room and space allows guests to immerse themselves in a world of peace and tranquility. Spacious landscaped areas, a heated pool to enjoy a relaxing swim, and the nature surrounding the complex.

The exterior carpentry consists of lacquered aluminum sliding doors, with double glazing composed of 4+4 mm safety glass on the exterior, a 12 mm chamber, and 3+3 mm safety glass on the interior. The double glazing with an air chamber significantly reduces the exchange of cold-heat energy and external noise, ensuring good comfort inside. All sliding doors have motorized aluminum shutters with thermal insulation.

The division between homes is composed of a double wall of vibrated concrete hollow block of 9 and 12 cm thickness and a chamber with rock wool acoustic insulation. To improve acoustic insulation between floors, the homes have an impact-resistant sheet on intermediate floors.

FEATURES

The bathrooms and laundry rooms are lined with first-quality porcelain tile.
The kitchen comes furnished and equipped with a Bosch or similar brand refrigerator, oven, induction hob, and extractor hood.

Pre-installation for air conditioning. Hot water production is through an electric heater with a heat pump, which reduces energy consumption and, therefore, CO2 emissions.
Installation of electric video intercom. All homes will have a fiber optic connection.

The entrances to the homes feature first-brand elevators with automatic telescopic doors suitable for use by people with reduced mobility.

This project includes landscaped areas, a heated adult pool with a heat pump, and another non-heated pool for children to enjoy.

The buildings have a basement garage for vehicle access with an automatic door activated by remote control. From the homes in each block, access to the garage and storage rooms will be directly from the elevator through lobbies.
