LUXURY IN COSTA ADEJE

The exterior carpentry consists of lacquered aluminum sliding doors with double glazing of 4+4 mm safety glass on the outside, a 12 mm chamber, and 3+3 mm safety glass on the inside. The double glazing with an air chamber significantly reduces the exchange of cold-hot energy and external noise, ensuring good comfort inside. All sliding doors have motorized aluminum blinds with thermal insulation.

The division between homes is composed of a double wall of hollow vibrated concrete blocks of 9 and 12 cms. thick and a chamber with rock wool acoustic insulation. To improve acoustic insulation between floor slabs, the homes have an anti-impact sheet in intermediate slabs.

The bathrooms and laundries are clad with first-quality porcelain gres tiles.
The kitchen comes furnished and equipped with a refrigerator, oven, induction hob, and extractor hood from Bosch or similar brand.

Pre-installation of air conditioning. The production of hot water is through an electric heater with a heat pump, which reduces energy consumption and thus, CO2 emissions.

Installation of an electric video intercom. All homes will have fiber optic connection.
The project features landscaped areas, a heated adult pool with a heat pump, and another non-heated pool for children’s use and enjoyment.

The building lobbies have first-class brand elevators with automatic telescopic doors and are suitable for use by people with reduced mobility.

These buildings have a basement garage for vehicle access with an automatic door operated by remote control. From the homes of each block, you can access the garage and storage rooms directly from the elevator through lobbies.

The proposed penthouse is sold unfurnished.
